Welcome to my new blog! I have never been a blogger so am in new uncharted territory.

Maybe it is because I am nearly 40 years of age but I thought why not write a blog!  I am proud to be a runner so this blog is about me and my running!  If you want to follow me then fine...if you dont or are not interested in running (or me!) then dont...I wont be offended!
